New Ride (NOW)

Regular (Non-Corporate Ride)

  • Go to NEW RIDE
  • Enter Pickup Address and Destination
  • Optional If the ride is for future time (Reservation), specify the pickup time
  • Enter the passenger Phone Number
  • Optional Enter passenger Name and Email
  • Optional If the customer has special requests, indicate them in the ADDITIONAL TRIP DETAILS section.
  • Optional If you would like to assign the ride to a specific driver, uncheck the Auto Dispatch box
  • Finally, press on the ASSIGN button to dispatch the ride

Once you are done entering all the mandatory trip info, you can see the
Nearest Driver ETA and the Estimated Fare by pressing on CALCULATE button


Corporate Ride

  • If the ride is a Corporate ride, then on the NEW RIDE page select the Corporate Account from the drop-down menu and enter the member PIN  and press LOOKUP USER
  • The rest is the same as for the Regular (Non-Corporate) rides


Corporate rides get applied with special
Pricing rules that correspond to the Tier that is also associated with the given Corporate Account. Therefore, make sure that Pick up address, Destination, and Pick up time are supported by at least one applicable Pricing rule.
The passenger doesn’t pay at the end of the ride but rather it’s billed to their Corporate Account that can be paid later.
