Corporate accounts

Corporate Accounts were created to accommodate business clients that sometimes require billable rides for their members. Main differences between a regular ride request and a Corporate Account request are that a special pre-set pricing rules can be applied to Corporate Accounts and dispatch it to only a pre-accepted pool of drivers; and that the passenger doesn’t pay at the end of the ride but rather it’s billed to their Corporate Account that can be paid later.

 

NOTE THAT
Corporate Account rides can only be dispatched through the Admin Portal and cannot be requested from the Passenger app.

 

Add New Corporate Account

  • Go to FLEET > ADD ACCOUNT
  • Enter the name of the Company / Organization and information for the Contact Person on the ACCOUNT INFO tab;
  • Select the Associated Tier (which you had to have created by now)

NOTE THAT
Special Pricing rules that correspond to the selected Tier will be used for every ride requested for this Corporate Account.

 

Add Members To Corporate Account

  • Go to FLEET > ACCOUNTS
  • Go to MEMBERS tab
  • Enter the First name and Last name of the member
  • Optional Enter the Email and Phone number of the member

NOTE THAT
For each new member, the system auto-generates 4-digit alpha-numeric
PIN number. These PIN numbers are listed on the Corporate Account Member table on the MEMBERS tab. Member’s PIN number will be needed every time you will be dispatching a ride for them.
